Each TOP 10 Park has achieved a 4-Star rating or better through an independent quality assessment process by Qualmark. Currently the group has:

TOP 10 is the only holiday park group in New Zealand that requires all its parks to be independently assessed by Qualmark. Each of our parks is unique but you can be sure of our hallmark high quality standards in every TOP 10 Park. We have ultra clean facilities throughout with very high standards of hygiene.
The TOP 10 group is committed to reducing environmental impact. We want future generations to enjoy all the unique things that our great country has to offer. All TOP 10 Parks are responsible tourism businesses working towards more sustainable practices, as well as supporting New Zealand's 100% Pure position. Currently TOP 10 Parks have achieved the following Qualmark assessed Enviro ratings:
