Beachfront Spa Villa

For Bay of Plenty holiday makers who like a bit more luxury while staying with us, our Beachfront Spa Villa  is a great choice. All our luxury villas have large decks facing the ocean and are especially designed for a perfect beachfront holiday. The views of Papamoa Beach are spectacular and you’ll find your villa comfortable and spacious.

Each Beachfront Spa Villa has a queen-size bed, a luxury bathroom with a shower and spa bath and fully equipped kitchen.  Each villa at our Papamoa Beach Holiday Resort is tastefully furnished and there is a plasma TV with Sky Television in the spacious living area for you to enjoy. A Taka daybed or chaise lounge is available for you to relax on. There is no telephone in the Spa Villa but messages can be taken for you at reception. Check-in is from 2pm.

Beachfront Villa

For those who like a bit of luxury while on holiday, a Beachfront Villa at Papamoa Beach TOP 10 Holiday Resort is an excellent choice.

All our luxury villas have large decks facing the ocean and are especially designed for that perfect beachfront escape.

The views are always spectacular, any time of the year, from dusk till dawn.

The Beachfront Villas at our Papamoa Beach Holiday Resort each have a queen-size bed plus a separate bedroom with two single beds. The toilet, shower and kitchen facilities are comfortable and practical.

The Beachfront Villas are tastefully furnished. Each villa boasts a plasma TV with Sky Television for you to enjoy. There is no telephone in the Beachfront Villas but messages can be taken for you at reception.

Deluxe Holiday Unit

Enjoy the fantastic sea views from the Deluxe Holiday Units at Papamoa Beach TOP 10 Holiday Resort. The Deluxe Holiday Units are not serviced but fully equipped. Each unit sleeps up to six people comfortably.

There is Sky TV in each unit, for you to enjoy and a kitchen with everything you need, including two element cookers and a microwave. All linen is provided. There are no telephones in these units, but messages can be taken for you at Reception.

Holiday Unit

The Holiday Units at Papamoa Beach TOP 10 Holiday Resort sleep four to six people and all have wonderful beach views. The Holiday Units are not serviced but are fully equipped. Each unit has a queen bed and one set of bunks in the bedroom and linen is provided for all beds.

There is also two divans in the lounge area, which can be used as beds, but you will need to bring your own bedding for the divans.

The Holiday Units have Sky TV and a kitchen with everything you need in it, including two elements cookers and a microwave. There are no telephones in these units, but messages can be taken at our Papamoa Beach Holiday Resort reception.

Studio Spa Garden Villa

Pure relaxation while on holiday at the beach is guaranteed when you book our fabulous Studio Spa Garden Villa.

It has a comfortable queen-size bed and a spacious lounge & dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and Sky TV.

Most importantly, this studio unit has a lovely bathroom with a shower and a luxurious spa bath.

Here is your chance to recuperate to the max. Just sit back, relax and take it all in. The Studio Spa Villa at Papamoa Beach Top 10 Holiday Resort is located centrally in the park and overlooks the playground and the beautifully landscaped grounds. There is no telephone in the Garden Villa but messages can be taken for you in reception.

Two Bedroom Garden Villa

A great choice of accommodation for visitors who appreciate an extra bit of comfort while on holiday is the Two Bedroom Garden Villa at Papamoa Beach Top 10 Holiday Resort..

These units are located in a central park position, looking out to the playground and the beautifully landscaped grounds.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a 21” Sky TV. The second bedroom has one set of bunks and a single bed.

The bathroom is modern and equipped with a luxurious double headed shower. The open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen are spacious and stylishly furnished. There is plenty of room in the lounge for you to sit and move around, with a great 29” Sky TV for you to enjoy. There are no telephones in the Garden Villas, but messages can be taken for you at reception.

The Two Bedroom Garden Villas at our Papamoa Beach Holiday Resort have large decks off the lounge providing great indoor / outdoor living.

Cabin - 3 Berth

Our Papamoa Beach TOP 10 Holiday Resort three berth cabins are clean, affordable and sleep up to three people. A three berth cabin contains a duo bunk which is a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top.

The double bed is made up and other beds have bottom sheets and pillows only. Please bring your own linen or sleeping bags. Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.  Basic cooking utensils, a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and a T.V are provided in the unit. There is no telephone in the Cabins but messages can be taken for you at reception.  The clean and tidy communal showers, toilets and kitchen are adjacent for your convenience

Cabin - 4 Berth

Our Papamoa Beach TOP 10 Holiday Resort’s 4 Berth cabins are clean, affordable and sleep up to four people. A four berth cabin contains a double bed and bunks. The double bed is made up and other beds have bottom sheets and pillows only.

The communal facilities at our Papamoa holiday park are clean and tidy. While camping with us at Papamoa, you can use the ablution and kitchen blocks any time you like. For your convenience, there are many facilities onsite like fully equipped laundries, fish cleaning benches and a waste station.

Caravans requiring a connection to power must have a current electrical warrant of fitness. Tents requiring power must have an approved isolating transformer or residual current device with a 10m lead. The Papamoa camping ground management reserves the right to unplug any connection found to be not matching these criteria.
