Park Motel - Tikitapu Lakeview Deluxe

New in 2010, the Tikitapu Lakeview Deluxe units have proved popular with our guests. Tastefully decorated, each unit provides for a comfortable stay for upto to 6 persons. Great units for 2 couples who can each have their own room with King beds provided for a good nights sleep with electric blankets and heat pump providing adequate warmth for those cold nights! (Prior notice is required if the 2 King singles are required to be joined). These units have a larger floor space for guests to spread out and enjoy.

Park Motel - Tikitapu Lakeview

New in 2010 these units have been tastifully designed to provide for a comfortable and relaxing stay with full length decks along the front of the units - all with a view out to the Blue Lake. All bathrooms have heated towel rails, dimisters behind the mirror and underfloor heating. Each bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed with 2 King singles in the second room. (Prior notice is required if you require the 2 king singles to be joined). Double glazing, insulation under the carpeted floor with an efficient heat pump add to the comfort and enjoyment of staying. 

Park Motel - Lakeview

The Park Motel Lakeview are secluded and spacious, surrounded by native bush. From your own private deck you have a view peeking out to the Blue Lake from the comfort of our outdoor furniture. These two bedroom units sleep 2-8 people with a queen bed in one bedroom, one double bed and a set of single bunks in the second bedroom and one fold-out double bed in the lounge. All linen and towels are provided These are roomy units and are an excellent for the family with views out to the Blue Lake. A good heater provides for a warm cosy unit in winter.

Park Motel

Each Park Motel provides spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation complete with a covered garden patio and outdoor furniture to enjoy our serene native bush setting. These two bedroom units sleep 2-6 people with a queen size bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and one fold-out double bed in the lounge. All linen and towels are provided.

Self Contained - Jayco

Self contained unit with kitchen and bathroom facilities. The Jayco units are capable of sleeping up to 7 persons with a Queen sized bed in 1 bedroom, a pull out sofa bed in the lounge and a set of triple bunks in the passageway. These bunks are popular with children as each has there own window! All beds are made with towels supplied. There is good parking for the boat and a deck along the front enables you to enjoy outdoor living.

Ensuite Unit

The Ensuite Units are modern and well equipped for your stay in Rotorua, making you feel right at home. These units provide modern, comfortable accommodation complete with outdoor furniture on a sunny garden patio looking out over native bush. The Ensuite units sleep 2-5 people with one double bed and 3 single bunk beds. The double bed only is supplied with fresh sheets and towels, additional towels and bedding can also be hired from us for $3.50 (for sheets and towel) or you are most welcome to bring your own, duvets are supplied.

Kitchen Cabin

Our Kitchen Cabins are great for campers who would like a little comfort with their own Kitchen facilities within your unit. The kitchen cabins are situated close to amenities such as communal showers and toilets.  Guests supply own bedding, linen and towels or they can be hired from us. Pillows and pillow cases are supplied. A good option for those travelling on a budget.

Standard Cabin - Deluxe

Our Deluxe Standard Cabins are modern, spacious and bright. They have a sunny north facing balcony out the front looking out onto native bush, complete with outdoor furniture to enjoy the surrounds. They sleep 2-5 people with three single bunks, and one double bed. Guests supply their own bedding, linen and towels or you are most welcome to hire them from us. These are popular units with mountain bikers, fisherman, groups and families who enjoy a little comfort but still enjoy the basics of camping!

Powered Site

If there is one thing the Blue Lake TOP 10 has more than anything it is space! So find a quiet spot to park up your motorhome and let the camping begin. From the park you can admire the picturesque views of the surrounding native bush and the twittering of New Zealand birdlife. Some sites are hedged for extra privacy which creates the sense of being away from it all. Wireless internet is available to most sites. All sites have an electrical hook-up included in the tariff. A Dump station is available on site.

Non Power Site

If there is one thing the Blue Lake TOP 10 has more than anything it is space! So find a quiet spot to pitch your tent and let the camping begin. From the park you can admire the picturesque views of the surrounding native bush and the twittering of New Zealand birdlife. Our grounds are impeccably maintained and well established with lots of trees and grass to camp out on. We have also got plenty of boat parking spots available.

If you feel the need to get away from your tent for a few hours, then there is new kitchen/dining room for you to enjoy. Fridges, stoves, and microwaves are available for guests to use.
