New Franchisee Information

We are always looking for new franchisees – Holiday Parks that are committed to leading the accommodation sector by providing the highest levels of service and facilities. There are still a number of gaps in our network where many regular guests, overseas clients and TOP 10 Club members want to stay.

Do you want to join New Zealand's premier Holiday Park group and enjoy the strength of being part of over 40 quality parks?

What does this mean to our members? It enables parks to be associated with a well recognized brand and enjoy all the benefits that association brings. The TOP 10 brand has the highest level of brand awareness in the industry - far ahead of its nearest competitor. You will be part of a comprehensive marketing effort that is second to none. It will identify your park nationally. You and your staff will receive training, ongoing operational support and access to cutting edge technology that is unique in our industry. All these components will help drive more business to your park.

To be a TOP 10 Park requires a high level of commitment. Our basic criteria are that a park must be:

  • the best overall park in it geographic region (approx 30 minutes drive)
  • possess at least a solid Qualmark 4 star rating (over 72%) with at least 4 for cleanliness and all non-accommodation facilities rated 3 or greater
  • possess at least 30 sites of which 20 will be powered and have at least 5 cabins (meeting TOP 10 standards) and 2 self contained units
